Is smart city project in India required. As we are unable to provide fundamental facilities to the our peoples & we are talking about smart city.

our government is regularly issue the fund to the authorities those are responsible to provide basic need. but because of nonsense dealing in between  politicians & bureaucrats they all are busy in making money for themselves.

I am hoping that you all will come-up with your opinion & experience that how bureaucrats  they playing with people feeling through smart city Projects. Lets Discus How these authorities cheating us as
1. SMART CITY project covered the only that developed  part of  city which is called VIP area in that particular city.
